Unless the product was damaged during shipping or it was misrepresented all sales are final

Items are photographed during packaging and at time of shipping and every effort is made to ensure its safe delivery
However if an item is damaged during shipping - Please contact us within 3 days of delivery

Measurements are provided whenever possible and when tags & sizes are not present as often times is the case with vintage products

Although measurements are approximate, every effort is made to ensure they are as accurate as possible



( ¸.•´♥) Lighting and or individual monitor settings and Photos

Photos may be magnified in order to show detail of the product

Also-

Please consider buying products over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store, and while every effort is made to display as accurately as possible the color (s) of each item, the actual color (s) you see, will depend on individual monitor settings

Therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product
If you have any questions about a particular item, its color, size etc. please do not hesitate to ask

We ship via USPS within 2 business days of your completed payment, an email is then sent from pay-pal with all the tracking information

We normally do not ship out on Saturdays, however if an item is needed by a specific date, please include a note and every effort will be made to get the item to you by the date requested

All Jewelry unless otherwise noted comes in a colorful organza drawstring pouch or a small box

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express thru Pay-pal & Stripe

In the event of an incomplete checkout from either Pay-pal or Stripe, Jaysfinds will attempt to reach the intended buyer via e-mail and merchandise will be placed on hold for their exclusive purchase for 48 hrs

Once 48 has lapsed and no arrangements have been made to purchase item (s) merchandise will be released back into inventory

-Mistakes happen... If the order was placed in error, we simply ask you let us know so we may return item (s) back into inventory as soon as possible
